Last Friday, January 26th, CWIN hosted a memorable pop-up restaurant event at MILK Cafe, and what a night it was! Our talented refugee chefs showcased their culinary expertise, serving Kalana (Kurdish bread), Dolma, and Coconut beans. The flavours represented the rich cultural heritage of our community.
It was a cosy, relaxed evening with delicious food. Our chefs enjoyed catering this first pop-up restaurant, and their dedication truly shone through. "The food seriously was incredible," raved one of our attendees!
