Today, CWIN is proud to support the launch of the ‘Restoring New Scots’ Rights: fair housing for all’ campaign - led by people with refugee status or who are going through the asylum process.
The campaign calls for urgent action from all levels of government to restore new Scots’ housing rights and highlights the domino effect of human rights breaches experienced by refugees in Scotland who are unable to access suitable accommodation.

The campaign was produced by CWIN's Human Rights Group in the last year, with support from Amnesty Scotland and funded by the Corra Foundation Independent Human Rights Fund. Today, at our launch event, we will also have representatives from Shelter Scotland and the Scottish Refugee Council speaking!
