25th February 2025 - English Class
Our ESOL Classes have been going strong, helping learners build essential reading, writing, and numeracy skills for day-to-day life. We've started two new literacy groups at the beginning of February with 26 new students enrolled. Running until the end of March, this class will focus on very useful topics such as using numbers in English, reading dates and time, and recognising currency.
New learners have received a welcome pack of materials, including notebooks and study resources thanks to funds from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, via the Glasgow Multiply Grant Scheme.
