We’re delighted to share that Sprigg has been supporting the CWIN Food Hub with regular food donations over the past few months. Fresh lunch boxes, falafel, baked potatoes, soup and bread – their help is providing good, nutritious food to more than 80 families every week.
The food doesn't just fill our fridges: soups have become the base for lovely stews at our Community Meal, and fresh lunch boxes help us offer healthier meals to our volunteers. Every item that comes through our doors becomes an opportunity to gather around, share, and build community.
Sprigg joins Costco, Locavore, and FareShare as one of our regular food donors. Together, their contributions allow us to redistribute over 500kg of surplus food every week, helping tackle food insecurity and food waste across Glasgow.
